Where are Jenn's sessions held?

In-person, private sessions are held at Jenn’s space at 43 Forrester Street Truro, Nova Scotia. Family and Friends sessions are held at the host’s home.

What can I do to prepare for my session?

Readings work best when you come with an open mind and put aside any expectations. 

Will I connect with the loved one I'm wanting to connect with?

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees that you will hear from a specific person or receive the message you want to hear. Spirit shares what you need to know, and not necessarily what you want to know. The message that is shared is always for your highest good.

Can I ask questions?

Yes at the end. But as a rule, Jenn answers them and you don’t have to ask.

Does Jenn do readings over the phone?

 Yes! Jenn offers phone sessions to clients around the globe! 

Who can book a session?

There are very few exceptions. Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Jennifer will also read clients aged 14 years or older, but only if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Jenn reserves the right to refuse readings and other services if she feels that her comfort, safety or security may be compromised.

How do I book a session?

How do I can cancel my appointment?

Jenn understands that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, you can email or call and leave a message at 1-855-845-READ.

Your session fee must be paid in full while booking, and is non-refundable. Please provide 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is at Jenn’s discretion. 

On rare occasions, Jenn may need to cancel or reschedule your reading due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, vehicle failure, COVID restrictions etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance to reschedule through email, text and phone.

If you are feeling unwell, please call and reschedule your in person reading. Jennifer comes in close contact with many people, and it is crucial to prevent the spread of illness.

If there is unexpected inclement weather, you may reschedule your reading with no penalty. 

Anti Abuse and Harassment Policy


Jennifer Collins, Psychic Medium Intent Jennifer Collins, Psychic Medium, is committed to providing a safe and healthy space for both herself and her staff, and for all clients, whether the nature of the services rendered are in-person, via telephone or other form of electronic media, or within the household and/or personal spaces of the client. This can only be achieved by the mutual respect and understanding of all parties. Jennifer does not and will not condone any form of abuse, harassment or violence. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal, emotional or psychological abuse, physical violence, and harassment or bullying in person, over the telephone, via email or in writing, or on any current or future forms of social media. All services provided require a personal connection and communication with specific loved ones, family and friends cannot be guaranteed. While we would all like to maintain an open line of contact with those who have crossed over, messages and communication cannot be received on command.

Disappointment can be encountered when communication does not match our expectations, and this policy is intended to protect all parties involved during these interactions. Feedback from clients is always welcomed, provided it is done respectfully, and in full accordance with the Anti-Abuse, Harassment and Violence Policy.

Definitions Verbal/Emotional/Psychological Abuse – verbal abuse is defined as, but is not limited to, the act of name calling, using excessive foul language, belittling or humiliating remarks, taunting or teasing, remarks that are hostile or threatening in nature, or using language with the intent to intimidate or manipulate.

Harassment – harassment is defined as, but is not limited to, continued improper conduct by an individual that is intentionally directed at another individual, and is offensive in nature. Harassment can be in-person, in writing, via telephone or other form of electronic or social media.

Physical Violence – physical abuse is defined as, but is not limited to, the use of intentional force meant to cause harm or injury. Examples of this can take the form of punching, slapping, hitting, shaking, pulling, shoving, choking, kicking, biting, or using an object to intentionally cause harm or injury, or with the intent to induce fear.


While rendering services to all clients, Jennifer Collins will maintain a safe and healthy space, free from all abuse, harassment or violence. Services in locations provided by Jennifer will remain free of weapons and while providing services outside of the physical business location, the expectation is that clients will provide the same. Jennifer Collins will ensure that all employees are educated on this policy, and that a copy will be provided. Application of this policy applies to both Jennifer Collins, Psychic Medium, all current and future staff members, all clients who are being provided services, and any individual(s) granted access to be in the space during the time of the services. If, at any time during the session(s), Jennifer or the client feels as though this policy is in violation, the session will immediately be enforced and all services stopped. This policy also extends beyond the service.

Outside of a session, whether before or after a service is rendered, there shall be no forms of abuse, harassment, or violence directed toward Jennifer or any member of her staff.

This can include, but is not limited to:

• Physical contact or communication, at the workplace or personal spaces of Jennifer Collins or staff;

• Telephone contact, by voice or text, to the business of personal numbers of Jennifer Collins or staff;

• Email contact to the business or personal contact addresses of Jennifer Collins or staff; and

• Social Media contact through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or’.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in the refusal of services, and/or investigation by local authorities.
